The official race was cancelled, but this was my "A" race for the season, so I went and rode the course anyway. I didn't give myself a place since there was no official race. I did see one other guy who did it on his own, too. Anyway, I have been trying to get around this course of just under 24 miles in under an hour for several years. I just missed last year, so beating an hour was a big goal for me this season. The weather was perfect. I felt good. My time was 59:53. Finally.
