I have no business calling this a win. 5 guys showed up in the cold rain. Other than the venerable Scott Young, the three others appeared inexperienced/green. There was a three and a half mile ride to the start of the course and I took off at a moderate pace trying to stay warm and thinking the others were right behind me. I was practically at the course with Tym in his truck just ahead of me and I looked back and saw nobody. Tym got out and waved me onto the course so I kept riding. Never saw anybody. Other than Tym. Weird. Not a win really. A cold wet workout.
